Sanction form which has been revised to include information on the new
Food
Stamp Sanction Policy. The new form has been approved by Region XI’s
TANF and
Food Stamp Program Specialists to be used as a handout during TANF
Orientation
for informational purposes only. The form is not to be signed and is
not to be
included in the application packet nor the clients’ case record.
