IMPACT ORIENTATION REMINDER

Coffee County DFCS schedules IMPACT Orientation a minimum of once per month. When an inquiry is received from the Homes for Georgia’s Kids Inquiry Line, contact is made and a formal letter is mailed to the inquiry with all required information as well as information regarding the next scheduled IMPACT Orientation class. As a reminder, I decided to mail postcards 10 days prior to the date of IMPACT Orientation. A postcard is easy to place on the refrigerator for an every day reminder. Also, guests and family can view and could possibly become an inquiry! I decided to mail postcards that would coordinate with the season, a community event, or provided a family oriented theme. Microsoft Word allows inserting of pictures and borders as well as different types of fonts. Microsoft Word also has templates for postcards that can be downloaded as well. An example of one of the postcards to be mailed is shown below:
